A little welcome from Claire

Welcome to Rosewood London. My name is Claire Bennett, I am 45 years old, and I am the owner of the store. I started Rosewood London twelve years ago because I have always had a great passion for fashion and enjoyed helping others find clothes they love. What began as a small idea gradually grew into the online boutique you see today. I wanted to create a shop where women could discover stylish pieces without making shopping feel complicated. Clear information, friendly service and an enjoyable collection have therefore always been important to me. Over the years, I have learned a great deal from speaking with our customers and listening to what they are looking for. Their support has helped Rosewood London continue to grow. I am very proud of how far the store has come and grateful to everyone who has been part of it.

A Passion for fashion

Fashion has always been something I genuinely enjoy. I love seeing how the right dress, top or pair of shoes can bring an outfit together. At the same time, I understand that shopping online is not always easy. That is why we try to make everything as clear as possible, from our product information to our delivery and return details. When putting together our collections, I look for pieces that are stylish, practical and easy to wear. I want Rosewood London to offer choices for ordinary days, special occasions and everything in between. Helping someone find an item that suits their style is still one of my favourite parts of running the store. The kind messages we receive from customers make the work especially rewarding. They remind me why I started Rosewood London in the first place. 

TWELVE YEARS OF ROSEWOOD LONDON

It is hard to believe that Rosewood London has now been open for twelve years. The store has changed and grown during that time, but my reason for continuing has remained the same. I still enjoy discovering new styles, improving the shop and helping our customers whenever I can. I am incredibly thankful to everyone who has placed an order, returned to shop with us again or recommended Rosewood London to someone else. Your support has allowed the store to reach this special anniversary. To celebrate, we are holding our 12th Anniversary Sale and offering special savings for a limited time. I am excited to continue building Rosewood London and hope to keep doing what I love for many more years. There is still so much I would like to achieve with the store.
